About Food For The Soul and our Vision.

Food for the Soul grew from our lifelong passion to create and share food which was not only healthy and conscience free but also exciting and full of flavour and colour. 

We are a mother and daughter team who have been vegetarian/vegan since an early age and I'm sure we're not alone when we say that far too often we've experienced buying vegetarian food which is bland and uninteresting.

With the substantial medical evidence on the benefits of a plant based diet, we have created a range that is not only healthy but an enjoyable eating experience.

We believe that living a fit and healthy lifestyle and having a conscience for our environment and animal kingdom should not mean that we have to sacrifice our eating pleasure.

In 2008 when we took our food to local markets and festivals on the Mornington Peninsula we were overwhelmed by the response from not only vegetarians but from food lovers who were looking for a healthy alternative.
